We are always contactable and have staff manning the business seven days a week from 04:30 until Midnight . Any services outside of our opening hours are on a confirmed appointment with only 48 hours notice needed.
All our staff members are professional , reliable and friendly and all speak English / Spanish and above all, they are very punctual. We take pride in our Customer Service and have been told that it is “best” to none !
VALET SERVICE
We can also offer a full valeting service on your vehicle – prices range from 25€ to 40€ depending on the size of the vehicle and also the condition of its interior . Only 48 hours notice is needed ! Nothing is nicer than returning to a clean car ! We only use special products to ensure professional cleaning is ensured.
Best’s full valet consists of :- hand washed inside and outside , cleaning of the wheels and windows , an interior vacuum and in case of leather seats these are washed with a cloth and also the dashboard. Only special products are used .
HOW WE WORK
Our Meet & Delivery Service :
On meeting, we request that our clients kindly call us when they are approximately 20 minutes away from Malaga airport so that our drivers are already waiting to collect their vehicle.
On the delivery of our clients cars, we again kindly request that we are contacted once luggage has been collected or if travelling without luggage, contacted once through passport control.
We meet & deliver from the same place –at the disabled bay inside Express Parking on the 2nd floor by the departure terminal.
Should we have any disabled customers, we always do our Meet & Delivery at Starbucks on the 2nd floor by departures making the hand over of their vehicle quick, easy and hassle free !
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS :
Reservations can be made from our booking form on our website or by phone or by email. We always like our customers to receive written confirmation in return so we find it helpful to have access to an email address.
